At Nexora, we are committed to providing quality products and a high level of service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help.


Returns

You may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used products

Products damaged after receipt

Products without original packaging

Products for personal use (for hygiene reasons), unless received damaged


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may take between 5-10 business days.


Damaged or defective products

If the product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

In this case, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund


Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
